Démarche
Libérer l’imaginaire, c’est accepter de ne pas tout nommer, de ne pas tout comprendre immédiatement.
Mes œuvres ne cherchent pas à représenter une chose précise ou à désigner un sens figé, mais à ouvrir un espace où l’imagination peut circuler librement. À l’opposé des objets banals décoratifs qui pointent vers une fonction ou une image déjà connue, ces formes invitent à voir autrement, à projeter, à inventer. En un sens, mes oeuvres se proposent comme des questions ouvertes auxquelles le spectateur peut répondre. Elles renouent avec une capacité proche de l’enfance : celle d’accueillir le fabuleux, l’ambigu, et ce qui résiste à une lecture unique.
Mon travail explore la relation entre l’humain et la nature, à travers des œuvres uniques en céramique et des formes sculpturales inspirées du monde vivant. Chaque oeuvre existe comme un objet singulier, porteur de traces, d’imperfections et d’une volonté unique.
Statement
To free the imagination is to accept not naming everything, not understanding everything immediately.
My works do not seek to represent a specific object or impose a fixed meaning, but rather to open a space where imagination can move freely. In contrast to banal decorative objects that point toward a predefined function or familiar image, these forms invite alternative ways of seeing, projecting, and inventing. In a way, my artworks are more like questions than answer, the later being the response of the subject to the art more than the pieces themselves. They reconnect with a capacity close to childhood: the ability to welcome the fabulous, the ambiguous, and that which resists a single interpretation.
My work explores the relationship between humans and nature through unique ceramic works and sculptural forms inspired by the living world. Each piece exists as a singular object, carrying traces, imperfections, and a distinct intention.
